This policy applies to physical items sold through LTSA.com.au, including LTSA and LTSA Affiliated Clubs and Societies Merchandise.
This policy does not relate to non-refundable, non-transferable, event tickets sold through LTSA.com.au
As a consumer your statutory rights are upheld when purchasing through LTSA.com.au. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the physical item you have purchased has a major failure you may seek a refund or exchange.
Refunds or exchanges for LTSA affiliated Clubs and Societies merchandise must be approved by the relevant Club or Society. LTSA affiliated Clubs and Societies are also bound by Australian Consumer Law when selling their merchandise and event tickets.
Refunds are not available on Club Memberships.
LTSA will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:
LTSA may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.
LTSA reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or mistreatment.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
