Online Meditation with Ella Forbes

This beginners online meditation session is an opportunity to deepen your quality of presence. We don’t have to aggressively change anything, just become more aware of ourselves. Whatever is there can be held with reverence. Having a greater quality of presence can have knock on effects in a range of things from physical to mental.

You can stay seated or lay down for the practice. Just make sure you are comfortable and warm.
